Community Pool
Hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or NO Later Than Sunset
Pool Fob is required at all times for proof of residency (no exceptions) and can be acquired from the community manager.
Pool Rules
- No grills, coolers, or glass inside the fenced pool area
- No alcoholic beverages inside the fenced pool area
- Non-alcoholic beverages and small food items are only allowed behind the yellow line
- No pets inside the fenced pool area
- No Smoking or Vaping inside the fenced pool area
- Parents or Guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children and guests
- Anyone not abiding by the rules may be asked to leave the pool area by palms villa residences board member, management, staff or security, and their pool privileges may be suspended or revoked.
Pool Safety

- Pool Capacity: 23
- Shower before entering the pool
- Children under 14 must have adult supervision.
- Children in diapers must wear “swim” diapers or plastic pants.
- No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, or scooters allowed inside the fenced pool area
- No large floating devices
- No diving into the pool, rough play, running, climbing fences, or excessive noise
- Do not use the pool if you are sick with diarrhea or other illness
- Do not swallow the pool water
Pool Courtesy
- Please be mindful and respectful to other residents using the pool
- Cover pool furniture with a towel if using suntan or sunscreen products
- Proper bathing attire only
- No parties without prior approval from the Association.
- No music through external speakers – only through headphones or earphones
- Do not move pool furniture and no reserving of furniture
- Please lower umbrellas after use
Fitness Center
- The Fitness center is for the enjoyment of our resident and their guest only. The guest should be accompanied by an adult resident.
- Anyone using fitness equipment does so at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for any injury or loss that might suffer as a result of such use.
- A person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All equipment and facility must use in accordance with equipment use instructions.
- No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed.
- No pets, food, or glass allowed.
- Proper attire must be worn at all times. (shirt and shoes required).
- Wipe down equipment when finished.
- No loud music, wear headphones.
