Pursuant to the Palms Villa Residences Condominium Association, Inc. Governing Documents, and the Florida Statutes Condominium Act, this is your official notice of the Board of Director’s Meeting to approve the 2024 Budget and Assessments. Enclosed is a copy of the proposed 2024 Budget. Your presence is welcome, but it is not necessary.
